LEASE TERMS

Music Lease Terms for TV, Film, Ads & Brands Royalty Free

1. License Type:
Non-exclusive (unless otherwise agreed). Licensee may use the music, but the Licensor retains ownership and can license to others.

2. Permitted Uses:

Television shows (broadcast, cable, streaming)
Films (indie, theatrical, or digital release)
Commercials (TV, radio, online, in-store)
Branded content & promotional videos
Online content (YouTube, social media, websites)
Internal corporate use

3. Term & Territory:

License Duration: 1 year (renewable) or perpetual, depending on agreement
Territory: Worldwide or region-specific, as agreed

4. Fee Structure:

Flat fee or tiered pricing based on usage (e.g., local TV ad vs. national broadcast)
Royalties: Performance royalties paid through PROs (ASCAP, BMI, etc.)

5. Credit Requirement:
Proper credit must be given when applicable:
“Music by [WILLIAM B COOK JR. / SONIC DEFF]”

6. Restrictions:

No use in pornographic, hateful, or defamatory content
Music cannot be resold or redistributed as-is

7. Delivery Format:
High-quality WAV or MP3 files; stems available upon request

8. Indemnification:
Licensee agrees to hold Licensor harmless against any third-party claims regarding unauthorized use beyond the agreed terms.

QUANTA VIBSONIC STANDARD LICENSE AGREEMENT ROYALTY FREE (WAV)

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Ezalucent ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") of the audio file ("Beat") under the following terms and conditions:

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Beat for:

- Recording and synchronizing with vocal or instrumental performances

- Distribution of up to 10,000 copies or streams across all platforms

- Use in monetized videos, podcasts, or promotional materials

2. LIMITATIONS

- Licensee may NOT claim ownership of the Beat

- Licensee may NOT redistribute the Beat as-is or as part of another beat pack

- Licensee may NOT use the Beat in NFTs or blockchain-based projects without written consent

3. CREDIT

Licensee agrees to credit the Licensor as: "Produced by QUANTA VIBSONIC"

4. TERM

This license is perpetual for the licensed use, subject to compliance with all terms.

5. MODIFICATIONS

Licensee may arrange, remix, or alter the Beat only for use in licensed projects.

6. TERMINATION

Violation of this agreement will result in termination of the license.

7. Licensee will split publishings royalties 50/50 with Licensor {WILLIAM B COOK JR}.

8. Licensee agrees to pay Licensor "QUANTA VIBSONIC" royalties on sound recordings, 4% of the total revenue generated from the recording's sales or streams.

QUANTA VIBSONIC PREMIUM LICENSE AGREEMENT ROYALTY FREE (STEMS)

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between QUANTA VIBSONIC "WILLIAM B COOK JR. ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") of the audio file and individual stems ("Beat") under the following terms and conditions:

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

- Use the Beat and stems for commercial releases, albums, singles, TV, film, and sync placements

- Unlimited distribution and monetization across all platforms

- Modify and mix the stems for custom production

2. LIMITATIONS

- Licensee may NOT resell or lease the stems as-is

- Licensee may NOT claim the composition as solely their own

3. CREDIT

Licensee must credit the Licensor as: "Produced by QUANTA VIBSONIC"

4. TERM

This license is perpetual, with full commercial usage granted

5. EXCLUSIVITY

This is a non-exclusive license. The Beat and stems may be licensed to others.

6. TERMINATION

Any breach of these terms will void the license and may result in legal action.

7. Licensee will split publishings royalties 50/50 with Licensor {WILLIAM B COOK JR}.

8. Licensee agrees to pay Licensor "QUANTA VIBSONIC" royalties on sound recordings, 4% of the total revenue generated from the recording's sales or streams.

QUANTA VIBSONIC STANDARD LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH TRACKLIB SAMPLES (WAV)

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between QUANTA VIBSONIC "WILLIAM B COOK JR.("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") of the audio file ("Beat") under the following terms and conditions:

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Beat for:

9. Licensee is aware that these beats and stems contain samples from TRACKLIB and will need to be cleared before commercial release. QUANTA VIBSONIC "WILLIAM B COOK JR.("Licensor") is not responsible for any legal actions that arise from Licensee not clearing samples for commercial release.

QUANTA VIBSONIC PREMIUM LICENSE AGREEMENT TRACKLIB SAMPLES (STEMS)
